In 2018, as Indiana Attorney General, Curtis presided over a funeral service for 2,411 aborted Indiana babies after his office recovered them through an investigation into a notorious abortionist, restoring dignity in death that was denied in life.

Defended Indiana’s abortion laws at every level, including successful arguments in the United States Supreme Court.

Increased oversight into abortion facilities and fought to close reporting loopholes, ensuring the letter and spirit of the law were followed.
